ADHD Affirmative Life Coaching & Education for Adults

Amy Atwell, MPP, AACC

Greetings, I’m Amy Atwell, a high-achieving, highly creative, intuitive, late-diagnosed neurodivergent woman with ADHD.

I am a seasoned mental health professional specializing in supporting adults with ADHD and other neurodivergent traits. Through psychoeducation on neurodiversity, skill-building, and affirmative life coaching, my approach enables clients to take inspired actions toward their goals, conserving energy and time by creating strategies and methods that better suit their needs rather than struggling to conform to conventional norms.

Having ADHD gives me a first-hand understanding of the challenges faced when navigating a world not tailored to us “neuro-spicy” individuals who think and experience life differently. I am passionate about guiding others like myself to understand themselves through their unique brain wiring, enabling them to unmask and release shame around advocating for accommodations needed to thrive personally and professionally.

As your thought and sustainability partner, we will develop creative strategies to balance your life, work, and self-care. And we must have fun! Playfulness and humor are mandatory!
